This suite was created for professionals in need of a comfortable, warm and engaging space for meeting with clients. It contains soft lamp lighting, four gray fabric arm chairs, 2 lamps on end tables, a wireless Bluetooth portable HD speaker, a white noise machine with soothing sounds, and a round table with 4 stools. $25 per 1.25 hours (75-minutes).
The space can be configured in a traditional classroom style with the tables and chairs in rows and the 100 inch projection screen at the front of the room. There are nine seminar tables (18" wide, 29" height) and 20 generously padded fabric upholstered chairs. Additional padded folding chairs can be provided if needed. A hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the rear of the room. A Keurig coffee maker and K-cup coffee pods can be provided for a fee.
The space can be configured in a boardroom style where one solid rectangular table is created by placing six 8 seminar together. This enables attendees to face one another and is best used when there is no speaker and rather discussion is encouraged. This format will enable 18 people to sit comfortably around the the table. A hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the rear of the room. A Keurig coffee maker and K-cup coffee pods can be provided for a fee. $30 per hour.
The U-shape configuration is created by arranging seven seminar tables into a U-shape. This arrangement enables attendees to maintain direct view of each other while also viewing a speaker and the audio / visual presentation. A 100 inch projection screen is provided at the front of the room A hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the rear of the room. This configuration will enable 21 people to sit comfortably around the tables. A Keurig coffee maker and K-cup coffee pods can be provided for a fee. $30 per hour.

“The Training Room” - $30 per hour
“The Consultation Suite” - $25 per 1.25 hours (75-minutes)
Use of BOTH spaces - $35 per hour
Reservation Fee: 50% of the rental rate is required to hold the space, the remaining amount due must be paid in full 14 days prior to your rental. Once payment is made in full the entry instructions will be provided to you.
Cleaning Fee: $50 (fully refundable if the room is left clean – all carpets vacuumed, all surfaces wiped clean, all garbage removed & placed in garbage cans outside)
Refundable Damage / Security Deposit: $100
With 30 days or more notice – 95% of all monies paid refundable
Between 10 and 29 days - 50% of the room reservation & 95% of any deposits paid refundable
Less then 10 days - no refund for room reservation, while 95% of any deposits paid is refundable
No Show- full charge - no monies refunded
