Our Practice

We offer individualized mental health counseling tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities. Our approach is grounded in relationship, respect for diversity, and meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we will develop a plan that supports your goals and growth. With extensive experience and advanced training in trauma treatment—and over a decade of private practice since 2009—I am honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Counseling services are provided via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and access from the comfort of your own space.

At Harbor Wellness, we aim to make the administrative side of therapy as seamless as possible. We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Kaiser Permanente
• Premera
• Regence
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BC/BS)

If your specific plan is not listed above, Harbor Wellness is considered an out-of-network provider.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a portion of our services. We can provide you with a monthly Superbill (a detailed receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

We recommend contacting the member services department listed on the back of your insurance card prior to your first session to confirm your specific out-of-network mental health benefits.
