We offer individualized mental health counseling tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities. Our approach is grounded in relationship, respect for diversity, and meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we will develop a plan that supports your goals and growth. With extensive experience and advanced training in trauma treatment—and over a decade of private practice since 2009—I am honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Counseling services are provided via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and access from the comfort of your own space.
EMDR Consultation
Lesa has been an EMDRIA Approved Consultant since 2017 and provides individual and group consultation for clinicians working toward their consultation hours for Basic Training, EMDR Certification, or EMDRIA Approved Consultant status. Her approach is supportive, positive, and strength-based, while offering a clear, structured path to developing proficiency in the 8 phases and 3-pronged protocol of EMDR therapy, grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model.
Impact on Children Seminar
We are a Pierce County Approved Provider for the the Impact on Children seminar. The aim of this 4-hour seminar is to provide information concerning the impact family restructuring has on children as well as how to minimize it.
